It’s important to check in with each other about what everyone’s feeling. Like physical health, exercising mental health is important for keeping ourselves clear and close to friends and family, now more than ever. 

Our Artist Relations Manager OP Miller spoke to a dear friend of his, Dr. Monica Campbell. Dr. Campbell has had 15 years of experience in mental health therapy, and we thought it would be good to hear from her about ways we can stay mentally healthy, and be there for each other.
